How much is shipping?

We offer FREE Worldwide Delivery.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of your order being placed.  Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We ship out your orders directly from our international warehouses.  This way we can lower the cost and offer free shipping to everyone.  So please be patient and allow up to 10-25 business days to Australia and France, 15-30 business days to Canada and Russia, 25-45 business days to the United States and Brazil, and 10-45 business days to the rest of the World.  These times are estimates.  In many cases, our shipments arrive faster than this.

*Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Due to the effects of COVID-19, there may be minor delays in fulfilling your order.  Please bear with us as we all try to adapt to this difficult situation.


How can I track my order?

Tracking info will be available in about a week after you place an order.  Just use the Track Your Order link in the main menu.  Enter your email address and order number (which you receive in your email) to view the current status of your order.


Why is my order shipped in different packages?

We try our best to get your items to you as soon as possible so your order might be shipped from different warehouses.  Not to worry though, they typically arrive separately within a few days of each other.  If you do not receive the remainder of your order within the next 10 days, please contact us.


I need to change something on my order.  What should I do?

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately and we are happy to help you.  But if your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.


Can I refund my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.  However, you may return or exchange any items you do not wish to keep after you receive them.  We do not offer refund while your order is in transit as it is already on the way to you.  Refund will be provided when you return your order back.  Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.


Will I be charged for customs and import tax?

Import taxes, duties and related custom fees may be charged depending on your country.  These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.  Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.  For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

If your order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize!  The postal service is out of control.  However, in cases like this, don’t worry.  We will send you a new package.  Please see our Return & Refund Policy for when it is applicable.
