Can I return my order?

Shopping at CozyBee Co. should be fun!  There is no need to stress yourself out about a purchase that doesn’t match your expectation, arrives defective, or even worse, never came because all our products come with a Return & Refund Guarantee.  You can submit return & refund requests up to 14 days after you receive your order.  Contact us at contact@cozybeecompany.com, we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.


Can I get a refund?

Refund will be given in the following terms:

  • You did not receive your order after 60 days from purchase;
  • Your order arrived damaged;
  • Wrong item was sent to you;
  • You simply do not want to keep your order and would like to send it back paying and covering return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Please make sure the returned item is unused and in the original packaging.  We will provide you with a return address.  We will process your return within 2-5 business days of us receiving your return.  Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card used when making the purchase.


I still haven’t received the refund after a long time.  Why?

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company.  It may take up to 30 days for some credit cards to process depending on your provider.
  • Next, try contacting your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
